THE MAURICE AKUEME FOUNDATION QUIZ COMPETITON
November 11, 2019
The Maurice Akueme Foundation annual inter Secondary School quiz competition was held on Thursday 14/11/2019 in Ukana, Udi LGA of Enugu State. It was well attended.
Udi Abia comprehensive came out tops and went home with the star price of N50,000 as well as the trophy.
CSS Ukana and Nsude high school came 2nd and 3rd respectively and went home with cash prizes of N30,000 and N20,000 accordingly.
The Mayor of Udi LGA, Hon. Nestor Ochin was the special guest of honor. He was represented by the Supervisor for Education, youths and sports... Other dignitaries were also in attendance.
OUR RECENTÂ VISIT TO UDI GENERAL HOSPITAL

The Maurice Akueme Foundation team paid a visit to the Udi General Hospital, Udi LGA. Enugu State.
Our mission was to pay all outstanding hospital bills for all the patients so they can be discharged and return home to their loved ones in time for the Christmas holidays. Apart from paying hospital bills, patients were also supplied with beverages and other essential commodities.
All out-patients also benefited from this visit as treatment was free for them as well.

VISIT TO THE DISABLED PERSONS

The Maurice Akueme Foundation, Benue State Chapter today identified with persons with disabilities. The event took place at the Aper Aku Stadium in Makurdi, the Benue State Capital city.
The story was no different, much joy fills in the air as the foundation in its usual manner carried out the charity work.
The Foundation gives much thanks to its Founder, Maurice Emeka Akueme and volunteers in Benue State that are helping to achieve this work.
UPCOMING FOOTBALL COMPETITION
November 25, 2019
In order to engage our youths at the grassroots level, The Maurice Akueme Foundation would be organising an inter-village football competition next month at Ukana, Udi. Enugu State, Nigeria. Cash prizes of =N=100,000, =N=50,000 & =N=20,000 would be given to the winner, 2nd and 3rd positions respectively. Other cash prizes would be given to the best goalkeeper of the tournament, Most valuable player and the highest goal scorer as well.
